Spray gun cleaning machines for paint shops

Hand-cleaning spray guns wastes solvent, exposes sprayers to fumes and rarely gets the passages properly clear. An enclosed gun washer recirculates cleaning fluid through the gun, cleans the internal channels and cuts turnaround between colours.

Waterborne paint systems need their own cleaning regime — many shops running both technologies use separate solvent and waterborne stations to avoid cross-contamination. We can specify a machine or combination that matches the paint system you run.

Enclosed cleaners also help with compliance and housekeeping: solvent stays contained, vapours are managed, and used fluid is captured for correct disposal instead of ending up in the wash bay.

Spray Gun Cleaners — frequently asked questions

How much does a spray gun cleaning machine cost?
Price depends on whether the unit is manual or automatic, its capacity, and whether it handles solvent, waterborne or both. Each machine is quoted on request.
Do I need separate cleaners for waterborne and solvent paint?
Shops running both systems generally keep them separate to avoid cross-contamination. Some machines offer dual stations — tell us your paint system and we will specify accordingly.
Does a gun cleaner need compressed air?
Most automatic washers are air-driven, so they need a clean, dry compressed air supply. We can size a compressor and filtration to suit.
